POSITION:
Part-time
The coach will be responsible for:
Preparing and facilitating the delivery of planned training sessions.
Monitoring the Goalkeeper’s performance during games and training.
Developing a positive relationship with the parents of the Goalkeepers in the program.
Identifying the Goalkeepers available for each match and training session, ensuring responsibility is with them.
Liaising with all Age Group Coaches regarding training, games, and progress.
Playing an active role in the recruitment and retention of junior goalkeepers.
Collaborating with goalkeeper specialists, methodology director, and sports performance director to ensure consistency.
Attend coaches planning meetings and developmental sessions
Performing soccer operations tasks such as maintaining the equipment properly, and following the yearly calendar.
Developing players’ talent and hand monthly scouting reports.
Preparing and facilitating GK clinics/events.
Experience:
Playing and Coaching experience as a GK coach
Knowledge of the goalkeeper position and skill in coaching and/or teaching
Knowledge training session planning process
Willing to collaborate, energetic, and open-minded (willingness to learn)
